A Tourney Machine alternative with pricing you can see

Tourney Machine — now SportsEngine Tourney — is a long-standing tool for scheduling and live scoring at larger events. Its pricing isn't published; organizers request a quote. If you run smaller or local tournaments and want to know your costs up front, start today, and handle entry fees in the same app as the bracket, Tipoff was built for you.

• Paid registration in one link. Captains register and pay by card; teammates join with an invite link. Waitlists and refunds built in.
• One-tap bracket + schedule. Seeds the bracket and spreads games across your courts, including multi-day events.
• Live courtside scoring. Scores advance the bracket instantly and update the public page for every team.
• Payouts to your card. Entry fees land in your own Stripe payout account — Tipoff never holds your money.
• Divisions. Age or skill brackets in one event, each with its own format, fee, and courts. Formats 1v1 through 5v5.

Creating a tournament is free and there's no monthly fee. On paid events you keep 100% of the entry fee you set; a small platform fee and card processing are added at the registrant's checkout and shown before they pay. Example: a $60.00 entry costs the team $64.02, and you receive $60.00.

SportsEngine Tourney pricing details were unpublished as of October 2026 — check with SportsEngine for a current quote.

Very large multi-venue events already standardized on the SportsEngine ecosystem may prefer to stay there. For local pickup, 3v3, church, and community tournaments, Tipoff gets you from idea to paid registrations in minutes.
